1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms of Service") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User," "Player," "Member," or "you") and 168mnl (hereinafter referred to as "Platform," "Service," "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 168mnl online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website located at 168mnl.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Create multiple accounts or allow any other person to use your account;
• Use automated software, bots, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated means to access the Service without our express written permission;
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform software;
• Engage in bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses, or violating any specific terms attached to promotional offers;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software used to provide the Service;
• Transmit any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious code through the Service;
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of other users or 168mnl staff members;
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in connection with identity verification procedures.

3.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation. No refund of deposits, cancellation of pending withdrawals, or restoration of forfeited winnings will be provided in cases of Terms violations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

To place wagers on 168mnl, you must deposit funds into your account using one of the approved payment methods displayed on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and other payment processors as made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the platform at the time of deposit.

You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit into your 168mnl account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. You further warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method and that you have the legal right to use such payment method. Any deposits made through unauthorized payment methods or in violation of these Terms may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your 168mnl account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonuses or promotional offers; (b) you have provided all required identity verification documents; (c) your account is in good standing with no pending investigations for Terms violations; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold specified on the platform.

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless such method is not available for withdrawals or we determine in our sole discretion that an alternative method is appropriate. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of withdrawal requests. 4.3 Payment Processing and Fees

While 168mnl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution. Currency conversion fees may apply if your deposit or withdrawal is processed in a currency different from Philippine Pesos (PHP). Exchange rates are determined by the payment processor and are subject to change without notice.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

168mnl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. In accordance with Philippine laws and international regulations, we implement strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, including but not limited to customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting of suspicious activities. You agree to cooperate fully with all AML verification procedures, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and documentation of the source of funds when requested.

5. Betting Rules and Game Terms

5.1 Wager Acceptance

All wagers placed on 168mnl are subject to acceptance by the platform. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, violation of betting limits, technical errors, or unusual betting patterns. In the event a wager is refused, any funds deducted from your account will be immediately returned to your account balance.

5.2 Finality of Wagers

Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or as specifically provided in the rules for a particular game. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all wager details (including bet amount, selection, odds, and event) before confirming your wager. 168mnl is not responsible for user errors in placing wagers.

5.3 Game-Specific Rules

Each game category offered on 168mnl (including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, bingo, and fishing games) is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Game-specific rules are available within each game or game category and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all wagers are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body or official statistics provider. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, standard industry settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules. We reserve the right to void wagers placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.

5.5 Maximum Payouts

168mnl reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain games, bet types, or overall winnings. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, are disclosed in the game rules or Terms specific to that offering. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will be reduced to the maximum allowable amount.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 Promotional Offers

168mnl may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, tournaments, loyalty rewards, and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, voiding of related winnings, and potential account termination.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

168mnl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any user from participating in Promotions if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of the Promotion's terms and conditions. Decisions regarding Promotion eligibility and bonus forfeiture are made at our sole discretion and are final.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The 168mnl platform, including but not limited to all content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned by 168mnl, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Platform Content except as necessary for personal use of the Service as intended. Any unauthorized use of the Platform Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

The 168mnl name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 168mnl or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

168mnl strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service; however, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

168mnl makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure, that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the software will be corrected. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Service.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 168mnl, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability

In no event shall 168mnl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the amount you have deposited into your 168mnl account during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 100,000), whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (collectively, "Dispute"), you agree to first contact 168mnl customer support to attempt to resolve the Dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our customer support channels.

9.3 Arbitration Agreement

If a Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations within thirty (30) days, you and 168mnl agree that the Dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You and 168mnl agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 168mnl.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your 168mnl account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination by you, all pending wagers will be settled, and your account balance (minus any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations or bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you through your selected withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times.

10.2 Termination by 168mnl

168mnl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity; (c) failure to provide required verification documents; (d) creating multiple accounts; (e) bonus abuse; (f) use of automated software or bots; (g) engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 3; or (h) any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account for Terms violations, 168mnl reserves the right to: (a) forfeit all account funds, bonuses, and pending winnings; (b) cancel any pending withdrawal requests; (c) void all open wagers; and (d) take any other action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments to Terms

168mnl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
